Be your own person. Don’t act like someone you’re not. Train yourself to be better every day. Spread positivity and open people’s minds.

I miss traveling. Solo especially. That indescribable feeling of being anonymous in a city you’ve never been before and hanging out with people whose first language isn’t the same as yours. It forces you to look at lives from a thousand miles away, from the outside in. Then you found yourself missing them, appreciating and understanding them in a way you’ve never known before.

I wish I could just hop on a train from King’s Cross to Edinburgh. Or take a bus from Victoria Coach station straight on to Brussels Central station. Like the good old times.

Don’t marinate in your sadness. You are not a steak. You are a person; you’re irreplaceable. Open yourself up to contentment. Bathe in the rivers of glee. Go for hikes with satisfaction. Sleep in a warm cocoon of blankets with bliss. Let endless happiness overcome your hopeless sadness. You deserve to be happy. If life is a game and you are the referee, be biased for once and let happiness win.
